Learn how to quickly track your orders in Fujifilm co-branded hub!
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped and you'll be provided with a tracking link for your order.
Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a tracking link after your order is shipped. You will not receive a tracking link while your order is in pre-production or production.
If you have not received a tracking link after waiting for the 72 hours period, you can reach out to our support team and we will look into getting you your tracking link.
- Please be aware that tracking for international packages may not always be reliable as international tracking is limited.

1. Select your individual order.
2. If your order status is Shipped, Click on the Shipment tab.
3. Click on the tracking link provided for your shipped item.
- This will take you to the page where you can track your shipped order.
