Learn how to quickly track your orders in Fujifilm co-branded hub!

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped and you'll be provided with a tracking link for your order. 

Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a tracking link after your order is shipped. You will not receive a tracking link while your order is in pre-production or production. 

If you have not received a tracking link after waiting for the 72 hours period, you can reach out to our support team and we will look into getting you your tracking link.

  • Please be aware that tracking for international packages may not always be reliable as international tracking is limited.

Track your order in the Fujifilm co-branded hub

1. Select your individual order.

2. If your order status is Shipped, Click on the Shipment tab.

3. Click on the tracking link provided for your shipped item.

  • This will take you to the page where you can track your shipped order.
