We completely respect your rights to free expression, but to ensure that Fujifilm continues to be enjoyed by everyone, we have some guidelines when you upload your design content.
Any design content that you upload that contains illegal, hateful, and/or violates intellectual property rights is subject to review and can be removed at any time. Fujifilm reserves the right to decline your design content at our own discretion.
Illegal Content
Fujifilm will not accept and/or print content that is illegal. We will decline printing images that contain or references illegal drugs, obscene content, and anything that promotes illegal activities of any kind. We will not accept sexual content that contains actual or simulated sexual intercourse, excretory functions; masturbation; lewd exhibition, touching, or other physical contacts of the clothed or unclothed genitals.
Please note that this is not a complete list and it is your responsibility to understand what you can and cannot create for your products. You should follow your local laws including the region to which your products are being shipped.
Hateful Content
At Fujifilm, we're proud to be bringing your design to life as we're serving our partners and your customers all around the world. We respect and value every individual. We will not accept content that depicts racism in any way, shape, or form. Content that is defamatory is prohibited. We do not accept content that expresses or incites any form of hatred or harassment towards an individual or group based on the protected categories: age, caste, disability, ethnicity, religion, race, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, and expression, and victims of a major event.
Intellectual Property Rights Content
Fujifilm is here to empower your designs and foster your creativity as you express yourself. When it comes to intellectual property rights, we expect you to respect the creative rights of others. We will not accept content that infringes on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy and publicity, and trademarks. Content that you upload to our platform should either be your own design or a design that you have the rights to use and resell.

All of the content that you use is yours. All content that you upload to our platform is subject to review and we reserve the right to decline your content at our own discretion.
